My Journey

My inner work journey began unconsciously at the age of 16, during a time when I was grappling with feelings of discomfort, low mood, and chaotic relationships—challenges that many people encounter at some point in their lives. In search of comfort and understanding, I turned to conversations with a spiritual guide. The profound connection I established through traditional Eastern practices such as meditation, yoga, and prayer allowed me to ground my energies, fostering a resilience and confidence I had not previously experienced allowing me to navigate my life in a more focused and balanced way. This newfound balance ignited my passion for self-realization and personal development.

Despite a successful 15-year career in investment banking and a decade of consultancy for various Local Authorities, I felt overwhelming emptiness. My spirit yearned for interconnectedness and service, driving me to seek meaning and purpose through my own healing journey. This inner drive led me to become an agent of change, dedicated to fostering self-development and transformation in others. Thus, this calling ultimately guided me to practice Psychosynthesis, a therapeutic approach rooted in eastern and western psychology, distinguished by its transpersonal approach to understanding the ‘Self,’ encompassing the emotional, cognitive, and physical realms of the individual, as well as their energy, soul, and spirit. It is uniquely recognised as a psycho-spiritual psychology.

“…My life choices have embodied the psycho-synthetic evolutionary process as outlined by Assagioli’s theory the ‘impulse towards wholeness.’ …as it is only through achieving this wholeness that I have been able to extend my work with grace to serve the ‘greater whole’—my clients—which I consider both a privilege and an honour”
